Did anyone ever find out the cause of the dodgy idle after warmup?

Did anyone ever figure this out? I’ve got a ‘10 Justa that runs mint until it warms up and then it idles like hot smelly garbage. 83k, just refinished head (lost the inner freeze plug, so had the whole head rebuilt by an engine shop), new chain, swapped plugs/coils/injectors, DME ends up with cyl 2 misfire and multiple misfires after the shaky idle. Until it’s warm it runs awesome, but then it warms up and the idle shakes like a crackhead with the joneses, but only once the wheels stop moving. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Good day all! I'm having the same issue on my '07 non-S. I find it strange that this thread was never given a resolution - has OP and everyone else been driving around for 5 years with a rough idle? Are there any solutions to this issue?

2 things I did that improved idle were to clean the MAF sensor & replace PCV diaphram. Small money for both.
