Flowmaster exhaust for mini cooper 09 non s

Hi has anyone here or know of anyone who has a flowmaster exhaust for there mini cooper ?
I bought a flowmaster exhaust for my 09 mini coppiced and took it to 2 mechanic shops out here and they both said it did not fit.. The site I bought it off says it does fit on my car and I wanted to see if there was anything special they had to do to make it fit ... Thanks in advance for any help !

just keep it stock or look for a used JCW exhaust.

It won't.

Return your Flowmaster (yuck!) and go to a local muffler shop. Tell them you're interested in a custom exhaust. Go with one of the Magnaflow mufflers they'll offer you. I suggest running a resonator as well. Max cost will be around $250 - 300.
