This hose is coming loose!?

Hey guys, I really need your help. My wife's 07 MCS has been getting oil residue on the engine cover where the spark plugs are located. The residue is mostly on the right side of the engine. I thought it was a bad gasket, but it turns out to be leaking from the PCV hose as seen in the pics.

I can easily pull the hose off without resistance. Does it come off this easily? I did some research and noticed the newer R56s have some sort of clip on the tip of the hose connecting to the engine, but my wife's car does not have this. I tried a hose clamp, but the part where the hose connects to sticks out too short for it to work.

Do you guys know the part number for this hose? I can't seem to find it online. Im currently using zip ties to hold it in place for now...

Do you have any pictures of how you have it connected? It looks like you cut the stock tubing. I myself just took the stock tubing off and fitted the hose right in there with no problems.

See first picture.
How did you secure the hose in there?

I think i've found the clip to hold the hose in place. Can someone confirm if this is the correct part?

I got the part today from MINI of Warwick for $3.50. It was an easy install and it secures the hose tightly. Not sure if a tech forgot to put the clip back or my car didn't have one to begin with.

Once I did my AccessPORT I noticed a little more oil in the same area. I decided to put a very small zip tie around that hose until I could do my OCC.

Using a high quality zip tie fixed this no problem.

You need to have that retainer clip there. I have it on my '09 R56.

The clip didn't stop the leak. It just holds the hose from falling off. For some reason my hose is very loose and pulls off from the tube very easily. I ended up using a zip tie and it's been working so far.

Mine has a little leakage too. It isn't offensive though. A little wash here and there and it looks good.

The Clip did not help my situation either. The hose would come off with it installed. Hence the zip tie fix.
