Problem with Cooper Flags

Has anyone had any problems with orders from Cooper Flags? I placed an order back in January, they do not answer the phone or reply to my emails. Just wondering if anyone else has had any problems.

If you do a search, I believe you'll find some other threads about problems folks have had with CooperFlags. Mainly seem to be communication problems (or more like, lack of communication). iirc, everyone has eventually received their order (assuming they didn't give up on placing an order in the first place).

Still waiting for my roof graphic order, placed Nov 30th. Tired of waiting so I called to finalize and/or ***** them out/cancel my order but of course, no answer. They also failed to respond to my numerous emails. Time to dispute the credit card charge.

Two months is completely unacceptable.

Thanks, still getting no response to telephone calls (they will not answer or return messages) and with no response to numerous emails, I have canceled my order. Will dispute credit card charge if they ever put it through. Just cannot believe the bad service and no communication. I would advise all others to avoid CooperFlags.com. Very frustrating. I do not understand why this web-site is supporting Cooper Flags in the Alliance Discount Section when they are giving such bad service, it should be warning its members to avoid do business with them. I really think Cooper Flags is a one man band working part-time out of a garage and cannot keep up.

...which is a shame, because their final product (when it finally does eventually arrive) in my experience has always been top quality. It's just so hard to deal with orders going into a black hole and relying on nothing but past experience and trust that the transaction will come to fruition.

As jc stated, there are multiple threads here on NAM over several years complaining about the lack of communications. I haven't heard of a single case where the customer failed to receive their order in the end if they managed to persevere. But the silence between order and delivery is truly frustrating and too much for most to bear.

...and two months with no product or reply is a poor business model. No excuse for that.

I placed an order on April 7th, I got an automated email with my order number but nothing yet. Has anyone else heard from them? I just left them a voice mail.

An ethical vendor would not charge the credit card until the order is really heading out the door. Isn't it time to just quit patronizing this business?

To be fair, for the two orders I've placed (one late last year and one about three years ago) my credit card was not charged until I received formal notification of shipping. I'm not sure I've seen any evidence of early credit card charging happening to anyone.

Nevertheless, despite the high-quality product for those who can hang in there, the inability to communicate between initial order and shipping is off-putting and, to most, unacceptable.

Disputed Charges

I eventually canceled the order, Cooper Flags charged my card anyway. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company, and the charge was removed. Never did hear from Cooper Flags, I will never attempt to buy from them again, they never reply to emails or phone calls. Not sure why this site endorses them when they treat customers so badly.

When I first bought my MINI, I had my heart set on one of Cooper Flag's roof graphics... the one with the American flag morphing into the UK flag. I emailed, called, emailed, called... left messages... no answer. So, I took my business elsewhere. It's a shame but I wasn't going to risk sending an order to a company that wouldn't answer.

I placed an order over a month ago. Credit card was charged right away. I've e-mailed twice, including the confirmation e-mail and the follow up e-mail. Nothing. Very irritating. I'm ready to give up and see if my credit card will reverse the charges. sigh.....
