Well, the 1% seem to be spending cash on cars. I live in Houston and lately I see more exotic cars on the road. Not just the run-of-the-mill Jag here-and-there, but hardly a day goes by when I don't see a new Ferrari, Aston Martin, Masarati -- I even see Bentley's driving around getting groceries. I'm seeing people commute in these things. I had a red (yeah, red -- I know) Bentley convertible blow past me on the toll road going to work last month. It's getting a little silly when you see a Lamborghini sitting in traffic at 7:30.
So, yeah, the Goodwoods will probably sell.
BTW: Speeding enforcement on the freeways around here is almost nonexistent. It's not like the autobahn, but we drive 80 around here just to keep up with traffic.

I would venture to guess a fair number of people have spent $20k personalizing their MINIs... People spend $2,000 to have new bumpers on their cars. It's all subjective.
