Midnight black questions

Hey guys.

I'm looking at buying a midnight black JCW and am wondering what roof/mirror/stripe configuration people think looks best on it.

I'm going for black wheels for sure.

I think a black top, with white sport stripes and white mirror caps would look good, but would it look better than all black? How about black sport stripes and nothing else?

I understand this is completely personal, I'm really looking for people who feel strongly about their combination and can provide pics.

I looked through the owners club, but saw very few pics on it.

Thanks.
Kevin

All black...much better. White stripes would contrast too much I think on a black car. Here is one to give you an idea:

My opinion- all black, no chrome line, with matte black sport stripes up the middle, down the hatch, and over both bumpers.

I say all black and no stripes... but if you must get stripes, then matte black ones. and don't forget the dark headliner too.

I know there's plenty of places that will apply stripes for you, but will dealers lay stripes down the bumpers or only in the default configuration?

I've personally never seen any dealers do stripes on the bumpers, but if it were me I would get them done at another location. Much cheaper, and so many more options.

And like dooky said, don't forget about the anthracite headliner, I forgot it on my AB/AB, huuuuuuge mistake.

Looking at a JCW so headliner comes that way by default.
I wanted the dealer to do stripes cause I think I can get them to throw them in. What does a typical job cost to get sport stripes on hood, bonnet, and down both bumpers not at a dealer?

Thanks.
