New Mods for my Cooper IDEAS WANTED PLEASE!
Ok so I am going down to Mini Of St. Louis to go get my car serviced, but i wanted to know what would be some good cheap mods to buy from them? As like JCW shift ****, or ebrake JCW, or shift lights, stripes ect. Please help me i only got one week to work out what i want done thanks!

Don't do the shift ****... Get an Alta SSK and the Cravenspeed Shift Well Cover.. looks soooo good and the shifts are so quick and smooth.

Pretty much anything you get aftermarket is going to be cheaper and better IMO.

Dont get the JCW e-brake i got one and they told me i need an adhesive to bond the plastic to the metal and can not be removed after.... They said they no longer carry the Kleber Loctite 380 that is required to fit the e-brake. Still trying to figure out a way to get it on there without an adhesive.

Well here is the list of mods I've done to 'Nigel' [pre-total] and Nigel II [replacemnt after total]
Whalen Shifrt machine **** and ebrake.
Car color vinyl from vinyl Styles
Side repeater stickers from Aesthetic Creations
Dump the runflats. Michelin A/S Pilot Plus 17's
New 17" lighter wheels
Parcel Shelf storage pouch
Kuda mount for devices [GPS etc]
Auto on Sport button and auto open sunroof
Speedo/tach overlays from Vinyl Styles.
Beltline blackout.
Stage I JCW coming next week!
Sport Stripe extensions down the bumpers
There is no wrong or right answer to mods. It is whatever you like and can afford. BUT. Pay cash!! Credit cards are the finacial vampire of this country!

Ditto on the first part. I wouldn't waste my money on a CF dash kit. If you are at the dealer get the JCW tuning kit and the aero kit.

There are lots of great mods for MINIs, few of them come from the dealers. IMO, many of the after-market mods are better. Look at the vendor list here on NAM. CravenSpeed, GoMiniGo, Whalen, AutoXCooper, and FastMINI.net are a few that I've had good products from.
