That's annoying.

I do adjust the belt and it still gets stuck. I have no idea why you think that will work.

Apart from that the iPod adapter in the 07 is just plain annoying, so I stopped using it. If it'd just remember where in the son it was when it stopped and restart from that point, it'd be fine.

The one thing that drives me nuts about my Mini is having to learn to drive the "MINI" way which tends to be counterintuitive to every other vehicle out there.Try driving another vehicle and you have to remember how everything works again!!

It works. I had the same issue with mine. Thanks NAM.

Not so sure that being in neutral matters if you have disengaged the clutch, but its a wash.
The added burden is the price if you lose the key! and that its not water proof! But my biggest complaint is I dont have it yet!

Wide legged pants catch on the seat adjuster when trying to climb out. I have hit the pavement downtown. It's quite embarrassing. And I can't see the traffic lights when I'm first in line. I ordered the little plastic thingy that refracts the light that was mentioned here on NAM somewhere, but it hasn't arrived.

My BIGGEST gripe, I have to park Austin and get out when I'm at my destination.

And Austin's biggest gripe about me, I park him too far away from the other cars so he gets lonely.

On the automatic I don't like having to press the brake before being able to start the engine. I know it's a safety thing but I don't like it.

I HATE this! It always happens to me and when I take it off I forget to move it back, and it jams between the seat and door panel and leave a big ol dent on my seat and door panel.

Popcorn anyone?

Only thing about my baby I dislike, is a weird poping sound that occurs whenever I switch the car off. Regardless of how I drove it.

That and one side of my car decides it wants to be .5 PSI off from the other.

I think I ph-ail when it comes to proper tire management

The ONLY ONE thing that drives me crazy is the payment. Although it's only 300.00 bux a month for the next 5 year and it's auto-pay from my checking account. Other then this....it's perfect.

The ONE thing that drives me nuts about my MINI...

That I can not drive it even more than I do now due to not wanting to have my warranty run out within the first few years of ownership (2008 new MCS JCW).

Close seconds:

That I did not order my MINI with the rear fog lights.

That due to respect, and pure unconditional love for this freakin car, I MUST wash it at least once every two weeks weather it needs it or not. Unlike myself, where I only take a shower the first week in November of each year weather I need it or not. Eww!

That my roof graphics, and just about every other thing I want to stick on my MINI costs more than Harley parts do, and these are only made of plastic!

Does not have to be a burden , just don't like it.

I guess I could also add the cost of a replacement if broke or lost . I usually have 3 sets of keys for my vehicles. I am hesitant to purchase a 3rd for my mini for over $325.00 .

It takes bumps really hard, and big bumps jarringly hard. I tend to let loose a lot of expletives at the appalling state of the road.

Airflow around windows sucking in rain water. Wiper pushes water to side and airflow sucks it in. I know, use the ventilation system. However, the airflow design is crappy.
