Set the radio stations?

I have a stock radio.... And the dealer never showed me how to set the radio.

For the life of me I cant figure it out, and usually I am in a hurry and can't wait to go driving.

(Im severely underwhelmed by the service at my dealer. Im going to try Towson, MD over Ottos in West Chester, PA)

Help is appreciated.

If I remember correctly, you hold the desired button for a few seconds and it should set it to that button

I'm sure the manual will tell you exactly what to do... I can't remember off the top of my head either.

Yes, find the station you want and then press one of the preset button for a few seconds. That should set it.

Or pop in a CD....just don't put off motoring any longer!!!!!

Isn't there a memory button on the bottom left of the control keys?
I thought that was the method.....but I haven't used it since like day 2.

It's like everyone else said. Select your station and push and hold the button. Just remember that each button controls 2 pre-selects. That is why there are 2 little lines on each side of each button. The left side of the button is 1 pre-select the right side another pre-select. 3 buttons=six pre-selects. For FM and AM there are 18 pre-selects each. 1 through 12 and A1 through A6.

You should of received a fold out on the radio with you owners manual. There is all the info on your radio in that. I don't think the owners manual contains any info on the radio.

The 'm' button releases the flying monkey from under the back seat.
Be careful.

The Mini radio is like most radios.
As noted, scroll to the channel you want in memory and hold the button IN for a few seconds.

the "m" is for "manual" tuning of the radio stations, not "memory"

AUTOSET will store the six strongest stations on your buttons for you.

The MFSWheel will scroll through the 1-12 FM radio stations.
There's an additional set 6 FM stations. I think you have to hit the FM button with your finger or toes to get to these. I leave the talk radio and sports radio on these orphan stations.

Just do what I do, leave the radio off. I rarely turn mine on. Been on 4 hour trips and never even thought to turn on the radio. I don't even know why I got the HIFI upgrade now.

You should have a seperate six-fold card on Radio-CD in your owner manual package.
