ok..this may sound absurd, but i really think something like this would look badass on our little coopers. aside from that its got some practicality going for it too especially if u drive in the city alot and are worried about getting hit when parked. does anyone know if these bumper guards exist for the minis?

Personally, I think things like that belong on a big truck or SUV. I think it would look odd and rather unbecoming on a Mini Cooper.

Trying to make a Clown Car look badass is quite a challenge.

I don't think that does it. I suspect that it would look more like a 7 year-old trying to look tough.

If you get one, I think you had better put an "Actual Size" sticker on it.

Without ME being excessively rude.....You need to RETURN to your DEALER and give them back your MINI. I love my MINI, but with all these people wanting to put confederate flags and brush guards on them I may have to seriously consider selling and BUYING THE BMW. Im highly concerned with this new breed of MINI owner. This kinda of talk is absurd. Yes WE have the right to adorn our cars however, but there is UNWRITTEN CODE and ETHICS of things okay to add. The concept is nothing less than immoral and CRASS its simply disgusting

Yes I do!!!! I think anyone who owns a MINI is Serious about their car and MOTORING, thats why we own one? Anytime I put 3,000 grand into a car on a GIVEN Saturday afternoon I tend to consider my motorsport A serious and FUN habit. You must be the "ho Hum" kinda guy. Just realize Lots of people on NAM ARE VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT OUR CARS JUST AS MUCH AS ANY ITALIAN , GERMAN, OR BRITISH EXOTIC OWNER WOULD BE. After you spend a little more time perusing the Forums youll learn how much WE LOVE OUR MINI' (S)

Wow. I think excessively rude must mean something different in your parts.

Hey OP. Bolt, weld, paint, strap, chain, or lean anything you want on YOUR MINI. You pay the notes, you get what you want. Be ready with some snappy comebacks, though. I think a cattle gaurd on a MINI is a bad idea, gonna draw alot of snide remarks.

there are only a couple reasons you'd want a push bar on a vehicle, to put on some offroad lights, or a winch. since you can already put on aux/fog lights without the bar and you don't need a winch its a useless mod that will get you laughed at. please for the love of god don't do this mod, I'll cry.

I had them on my old Land Rover. Good for preventing Brush damage to the front end when going off road.

I don't think I'll be taking the Mini off road...

I would much rather be in Austin than NYC with my MINI.

Why stop at adding a welded tubular steel cage in the front? Why not add a complete external "roll cage" along the top, sides, and rear, and maybe hang a few old tires from the cage, to further cushion any errent bumps or jolts. Maybe your MINI could also be painted in grey primer to make it easier to cover any scratches!

New brand of MINI owner? The whole point of the vehicle is to customize it the way you want, is it not?

NAM is a completely different type of MINI owner. A majority of MINI owners out there purchased it for its superb gas mileage.

Let the guy put what he wants on his vehicle. Just because he doesn't want to spend thousands on ridiculous brake kits or engine modifications doesn't make him any less of a motorer than you are, Matt.

Damn. People these days... in my book, if you have a MINI, you're A-OK
