Anyone got these Window Poetry cling-stickers? My 2007 MC got those...and well finally I thought to use them, and when I take them off I realize they aren't transparent, but rather white-background!
useless! :-(

Sounds familiar. After 17 years of driving Toyotas, I could have papered our entire house in service coupons. It was great getting the MINI Adventuring Kit yesterday! I needed a new mouse pad at work and I love the MINI pen and notepad!

I bought my R56 MCS in January and still haven't gotten a MINI Adventure Field Kit. I even got a taunting email that mentions it, and how I should go to some website to use the glasses.
My wife got hers like a month after we bought hers on Halloween

I bought mine March 20th... so if there is any reason to their madness you should be getting it... next week?
When we picked our car up, the car was ready to go and on the inside were Clubman Carpeted Mats, a really nice Black and White MINI Computer Bag, a Red Plush MINI, a Birth Certificate with Yoshi's Vital Stats and a Custom Cd with some pretty cool songs on it.

Since you brought it up, I'll disclose the nature of the "Top Secret" (it's okay, we're all MINI owners or soon-to-be) items. There are what appear to be 3D glasses, an etched plastic viewing window and card with specially-arranged punchouts which are meant to be used to find hidden messages in MINI ads appearing in car magazines. To date, I have only seen ads in MC2 Magazine and Road & Track, but now I'm really going to be on high alert to find some!
Here's a pic of what was in my "MINI Field Adventure Kit" (The "MINI PARKING ONLY" stencil arrived a few days later in a separate mailing. Funny, because I read somewhere that others received them in their kit!)

I bought mine in November of last year and still haven't received anything.
Then again, I can't complain too much with the price I paid and the throw in goodies (rubber mats, ipod adaptor cord, stubby antenna) I bargained for.
