Mine was sitting at "ordered" for 23 days! Hope yours is faster.

Today is the final assembly day for my Mini!

 

Checking the OL last night my status changed from On order to Sheduled for production. A quick call to Ask Mini tells me it will be built by Sept. 3

 

good news all around then, my status just changed too.. Although I beat you by a day, mine is scheduled to be built by sep 2nd

 

I just made from on order to 'Scheduled for Production". Yippee! And the info has been updated on the car specs so that they're all correct now. Major worries before that there was something missing (the sport suspension). Looks like everything is on the list. Come on clock!

Hi ed, you can call 1 866 275 6464 for status updates. Word on the street is that's the best way to get the most up to date info on production status, at least until the car is built. After the car is built there are ways to track its transport, I would link to the posts here but don't have access at the moment. Cheers,

Just got off the phone and they said mine was scheduled for completion on August 31.

Getting some good updates now, I called ask mini today and they had my VIN available already! Time for some insurance quotes Looks like my baby (still un-named) will be born Sep 1st!

Can I say that an upside to waiting this long is all of the seriously fantastic research I've been able to do on mods, detailing, etc. I've never felt so prepared to own something. Speaking of detailing, I think I'm going to order some Epic and Hydro this week actually...

Do you all have any mods you're planning on doing as soon as you get your car?

 

Checked status and still says "On Order" =/ though calling ASK MINI says I'm week 36. You guys are so lucky!

In any case, my first mod will be to install "exstatic spirited driver" =D
