Anyone else waiting for a production week?

Ordered my car on June 1. It's in the system and I have a production number but it seems to be taking a while to get assigned a production date.

Anyone else waiting patiently (or not so patiently)?

My best guess is that June orders are taking a bit longer than normal as they make line changes for the audio pkg that I believe just became available.

Just a guess. Still, I'm impatient as well. Called ASK MINI and spoke to someone yesterday who knew nothing at all about the delay.

Add me to the "not-so-patiently" list!

I ordered my PW/B MC (go pepper white! ) on June 4th.

My MA originally said to expect around six to eight weeks until delivery... but when the OL hadn't changed from "on order" by yesterday, I got too impatient and called ASK MINI to see what was up. They said (talked to a person, by the way... the robot guy was driving me nuts!... er, more nuts?) that I'd been "tentatively scheduled for week 27," which I think is the first week of July.

I'm hoping being in Pittsburgh will help my car avoid the crazy wait times I've been reading about from the West coast folks...

js

p.s. - First post - I've oficially de-lurked! Woohoo!

As well, Patiently waiting, but even if it were here next week it would not be soon enough. I knew it was going to be a long wait but this is just killing me.

Orderd on April 1. Received prod# on April 27. Built week of May 28. Shipped out on or around June, 7th!! Now if the boat is on schedule they tell me it will be two months from ship date before it arrives at dealer! Thats what I get for being on the West Coast.

I will say that to date, my dealer told me the time frame and he has been right on. Well see what happens in the shipping department. Iv'e heard some bad stories.

Wait times in the northwest are the longest. It's brutal. the first month did not go by fast...I only have about 2 months left.

My order was placed on June 12th and I had a production number the same day. In addition, I got in production week 25, which has started, and according to ASK MINI and the tracking website, production has indeed begun on my MCS. I wasn't expecting things to fall in place this quickly, so I'm tempering my enthusiasm for right now.

I've been patiently waitin' to make it through all the hatin' debatin' whether or not I can even weather the storm...

Yup. Ordered on June 16th, got my production number on the 18th, hoping it will go into production soon! I might have to buzz down to the dealer to drive the demo again soon to get my MCS fix!
