Does anyone know of a new aftermarket rear door seal for the Clubman? All I have been able to find is a new OEM seal at over $500, and various condition used versions which probably are not any better than mine - mostly $50 to $100.

 

Would expect that's an OEM part only. Highly specialized and because there weren't a ton of these cars made would not have been a priority for aftermarket fabrication.

I can see all the older prices and back in 2015 they were around 100.00 new.

Looks like prices from MINI went up on gaskets for MINI in 2019 and they have just doubled again.

Also the car is way out of production.

$52 for the seal, $55 shipping to the USA.

 

Thats a universal gasket that they made fit and its not seamed. If we have a aftermarket solution we will post it up.

 

Hopefully it's a good match, but I imagine it will be, as it's the only product that company offers for the Clubman and they specialize in seals. No need for the seam, once installed they will stay put.
