Okay, solved the problem...
It is usually caused by a dead battery or battery change out.
Turn ignition to the "on" position with the door closed. Using the toggle switch, roll the window all the way down. After the window reaches the bottom of its travel, continue to hold the toggle switch down for an additional 3 seconds. Then, using the toggle switch, roll the window all the way up, and again, hold the button in the up position for 3 seconds.
