R55 error using NCS Expert with 2013 R55 using R56 datens

error using NCS Expert with 2013 R55 using R56 datens

I just tried to set up NCS expert. I have a 2013 clubman I ran INPA I can see the battery and the ignition are enabled when I run NCSexpert and click F1 and F3 I get the following error after the VIN populates

"Error Following feature is invalid for FA: #0712"



I read through the mini cooper coding guide and I understand that R56 datens are the same for R55 is this true?

can anyone help? thank you!

It is true, the Datens are the same. why are you using the revtors profile? I always use the expert mode with no issues

hmm, thats what the tutorials say to use. I'll try expert mode, Do you also have an R55?

i have R55, R56 and R60. they all connect with the R55 Datens folder. make sure they are new. what version do you have?

I think i got 57 or 58. You can find them here in this forum also you can Google them. That folder is about 3 to 5 gigs just FYI lol

I am getting the same error using expert mode and Datens V40 as that's all I am able to locate.
