2B64 CODE and the Cause
last night the wife gets home and tells me the Yellow Service Engine Soon light is on and the MINI is running bad.
I pull the codes and see 2B64-SUCTION TUBE, 277B MISFIRE #4 AND 2773 MISFIRE #1. My research reveals the CCV in the valve cover could be the cause and with my prior BMW experience that was my first choice to investigate. With just over 100k on the clock this could be the cause.

I remove the valve cover to investigate and find the red rubber diaphragm missing underneath. Where did it go? Somewhere in the engine I guess. I bought a new cover today from the dealer as I can't wait until next week to order off of the net. Now what to do about the missing piece of deteriorated rubber...
