100k on the clubman today

now, I don't drive it everyday so I can't talk about all the nuianses. I have had the same runner driving the car for most of these miles. He is very vocal. If he can avoid using that nav at all he does, I don't blame him. In my Mini (I have an S convert) I didn't buy the built in nav because i could tell it was the biggest pain to operate. On the clubman my wife insisted so a portable nav didn't walk away as different people would be driving. She won.

Issues: I guess no likes the fuel pump noise... the car started over heating. third trip in they determined it was the water pump that needed to be replaced (switched dealers on the third trip as a new one opened closer to us) no problems since then.

3 oil changes, one set of tires, one set of brakes. 14 months/100k miles. I anticipate it seeing the same kind of mileage this year as well.

ah heck, I jumped the gun. he sent a text to my assistant that I took out of context talking about warranty. It just rolled over to 50k. So little less then 1000 miles a week.

There is a guy on the miniusa forum that has gone over 350k on his 2002 MC. Oil changes every 19k or so as dictated by the computer and not a major problem yet other than wear and tear items like brakes, tires etc...

We should all be so lucky!!! (fingers crossed)

I would expect 250 with no issues in a modern car. We shall see because I suspect this clubbie will see it.

I sell real estate, the runner is the guy that runs. Hangs signs, puts up lockboxes, flyers in the houses. Right now there are a lot of vacant houses on the market, so he checks them for squatters, flooded basements etc. I think the most miles in one day (going houses to house) was 350.

The car is wrapped as well, I don't have any pictures on this computer. I needed something that turned heads, got great gas mileage, and some storage (but not pick up truck like storage) I loved my r52, and the clubbie was new enough that I had not seen anything but pictures, so we ordered one.

if he can come up with an excuse to take it home he does the result is he comes in early or works late a few days a week. I want it driven as much as possible being wrapped, so it's a win-win.

50,000 in a year is still pretty heavy, good luck for 100K or 200k, yeah I'm an optimist too.
