Height from Bumper to Ground

All,

Strange question that I need some help with. How far is it from the ground to the top of the bumper on the Clubman? I'm shopping for a Pet Ramp/Doggie Steps for my arthritic Dalmatian and I found a good deal on sale, but I'm afraid to buy it without knowing the measurements of the Clubman (mine will be here in a few weeks!). Our dealership is closed tomorrow, or I would call them.

I'd really appreciate any help.

Thanks!

A little less than 26", thats to the highest point of the trim panel in the back (stock height, sport suspension, S, with 17" rims)

Thank you so much, trbasil! The one I was looking at won't be quite tall enough...so you saved me a lot of hassle with returns!

Not a problem, glad that I could help.

My Mom has 2 Dalmatians, Daytona & Rusty, that I still call my own even though I haven't lived there in over 6 years. Daytona is getting up there in age and is arthritic in her hips, but she doesn't really like goes for drives anyway. Rusty isn't a spring chicken either, last year he had an embolism and lost all control over his back legs. We thought for a while that we might have to put him down, but then re regained use of his legs, he's still kind of lame in them but it doesn't really slow him down much anymore.

I'm glad to hear that Rusty is doing better . They really are amazing animals! Sapphire is 14 years old, but you would never know it to watch her dance and prance around the house most of the time. Her arthritis mainly shows itself when she's trying to get into the car...she hasn't been able to jump up into the back of my Toyota Matrix for about a year and a half now, and recently she's started having a hard time getting her back legs up into the floor of the backseat. She's not really big on car rides, but I need to be able to get her in for trips to the vet and such!

yeah I was so happy to see Rusty get better, it was hard seeing him like that in the dogie hospital, and having the vet tell us that he may or may not get the use of his hind legs back, and that there wasn't anything that they could do to help. Sapphire has got a little bit of time on Daytona, she's pushing 13, and Rusty is a couple of years behind her.

I can imagine ....poor Rusty! Sapphire decided to come down with "visible arthritis" about two years ago on my 30th birthday...she literally tumbled down the stairs. I was freaking out!!! Thankfully the vet said that it was just a bad case of arthritis (as opposed to something much worse), and the Glucosamine/MSM has made a world of difference in her ability to get around. She hasn't had another day like that one, thankfully!

How long have you had your Clubman? I'm getting so anxious waiting for mine to arrive!

I got it the 24th of last month, just in time to get through the break-in period before going to the dragon. I didn't order mine, it was a somewhat impulse thing, I took my 06 MCS in the have a few things looked at, and while I was waiting I took a Clubman out for a test drive and went back and signed the papers and traded my 06 in.

Awesome...I imagine you had a great time at the dragon! I'm jealous!!! I can't blame you much in regards to the impulse buy. It was hard to have the patience to wait it out! But I'm glad I did...they didn't have one on the lot that I would have wanted. I planned my order for about two months before I finally placed it though, so I had plenty of time to figure out EXACTLY what I wanted.
