Yippee! Finally found out that my CooperS Clubman is on the FEDORA! Now to track the ship!

 

Good for you, and the Fedora is a wonderful ship - she brought my Clubman over last month. You and MINI's shipmates will make the trip easier to bear - so keep your eyes peeled over in the 1st Gear forum and see if anyone's already started a Fedora thread.

 

That is great news. Do you know when is the fedora leaving port?

I wonder how long does it take to get the cars from "awaiting carrier" to get to the port for loading. I'd fly over there and drive it to the port to get it on the next ship out.

 

That's the same ship my Clubman S was on last month! I'm sure you can't wait to motor around in yours.

 

Joep - The cars are already at the port, it's a huge staging area. Same thing happens when the ship off-loads, another staging area adjacent to the delivery center. My understanding is that MINIs get to the port of Southampton within a day or two of assembly.

 

Wow, that is exciting news. Hopefully, my Clubman can get on the Fedora. I have been trying to stay calm, but I am constantly wanting to call ASK MINI to find out the status of the car.
