IMHO, LAME!!!!!

 

Yeah, pretty lame. The only one that got even the smallest chuckle was the "Mutiny on the Bounty" one, and that because it was so absurd.

 

Somehow, it seems that they've lost their sense of humor... the ads were not even funny! I know us yanks don't always get Brit humor, but please... they really were lame!

Those "commercials", if I can call them such, are supposed to entice people into buying a Cabrio?

I'm almost ashamed of them...

I agree, one has to take (big time) into account that the Brits sense of humor runs a little counter to ours. That, and the fact that there are apparently TONS of MINIs running around over there...so what could you say really that is new. Maybe its best to just be silly and fun. (...okay, and stupid.)

Hey, anyway, the cabrio looked fab!!!!!

btw, I liked the western one because the cabrios were actually chasing each other down the street as opposed to just sitting there.
