Parking problem?

Not enough room in that garage for the new MINI sitting on the drive?

And of course, it would always happen that the car that is needed, is the one in the hole.

For a house like mine the city has changed the code to if we add a garage then it has to be a two car garage, That would mean losing our kitchen.

The current garage is behind the house but was converted to a music studio and we have not had any options. This actaully makes sense for a house like ours. I just hope the city will allow this as the current code mandates a minimum width.

Very nice.

"...or for the mega rich that have a below-ground parking structure and need access that's less conspicuous than a ramp."

Oh, that is SO me. Finally, a solution!

They also build them into your lawn and have lawn growing on the top so when it is lowered it just looks like a regular lawn and no one would know the car was there.
