I think it could look good and so good the Blue and black for a IB cooper.

They say that they will send you samples so I would ask for a sample of the red and black to see how it looks in the car.

Thanks.

I have som cocomat samples. I order the cloth seats and I am concerned that the dot pattern might look busy.

Cooperation, What do the mats feel like on bare feet. Thats important in CA.

Thanks,

Andy

Wow, bare feet...I forgot what that was like...
I'm sure that if you are used to going barefoot, you've got tough soles and it should not be a problem. Mine have a patch of smooth leather/vinyl where your right heel would rest.
They are rough and you might want to find a shop that at least has a sample to try before buying...good luck!

I have the black with blue dots - goes well with the Lapis interior.
They look very rugged and are coping well with our New England crud.
But I am disappointed to find that they slide forward just like the standard MINI mats I had in my MC - I expected with all the rubber dimples on the back that they would lock into the carpet, but they don't.
So I have to pull them back regularly, to avoid the possibility of them catching on the pedals (this did happen with the clutch in my old MC with the standard mats).

I have the black with silver dots and it matches up just great with the black and silver interior including the Black Kaleido Cloth seats.
I would also be concerned with the black/red dots in my interior - I think it would be just too much. If you got the Red Cloth it would probably look good.

I've had CoCo Puffs...... :???:

Just kidding...those look nice....I am not really in need for floormats right now, as mine are holding up great, but I like them and it's definitely an option....(I would have to go with the same as edlfrey).

I had a pair of black with red dots in my red Alfa convertible. They looked great until the sun faded them. They tend to fall apart over time (especially at the vinyl edging) and they leave a powdery dust/bristle on the carpet that must be vacuumed (hoovered) periodically. But, these faults aside, they funtioned better than anything else I've put in a car to protect the carpet.

For the price, I'd get the OEM rubber or fabric mats.

They are Neoprene seat covers make By Wet Okole. They are waterproof and fit like a glove. They have a cut out section on the side that is said to allow the airbag to deploy.

Hi Ian, I'm sorry to hear that your mats are sliding around. Mine have not moved at all in 5 months. I wonder if yours were just cut wrong. You ought to call them up. I'll be they'll swap it out. Next time we meet, we can compare them and see if mine have a different shape/size than yours.

Carl
PS - what do you think of an informal meet and ice cream run sometime soon?
