R50/53 It finally arrived!!!!!!!!!!!
It finally arrived!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello fellow NAM members!
After more than 2 years dreaming of having a Mini. I finally picked up mine yesterday. I even got some free stuff with it (full tank, key chain and floor mats). When I left the dealer I felt like a dog with two tails
. I was smiling to everyone on my way to my house. Here are some pictures, enjoy
PS: Any advice on where to get the knee pad for the dash?

It took almost 2 months to come. I just check the owner's club at the Mini USA site and it says that it is still at the distribution center. So if you are waiting for yours, check with your MA (they have more information than the one on the site)

What a great looking car! Wait....that's a MINI!
I didn't think I'd get free floor mats either, but they did wait til the last minute to offer them...for free. I thought it was tacky that they asked if I wanted to "purchase" some floor mats. Which dealership did you pick up your MINI?
edit: being that your from Puerto Rico?
edit: to be fair, I wasn't expecting to get the floor mats, congrats again for getting your MINI...wow, a two year wait.

Allenski, the 2 year wait was due to a divorce settlement. I had to pay the car and therefore could not have another until I paid that loan. The real wait for the Mini (from order to pick up) was close to 2 months. In Puerto Rico there is only 1 authorized Mini dealer. It is called Autogermana.
