Ha! I have often thought the MINI looks turtlelike. In the best way possible, of course.

A turtle the size of my MINI? Wow. But I think the vw beetle looks more like a turtle than our Minis.

Just ran across it, thought for sure some other SF area person would have posted it sooner actually. Pretty cute to use a Mini as a size comparo

I've been to Point Reyes twice with my MINI on my annual trip to LA and Vegas, and I can't help but feel somewhat responsible for this.

BTW The Point Reyes Inn is a fantastic little hotel. Ask for the Sir Francis Drake suite if it's available. it's like stepping back in time to when Inns and Hotels were truly unique and luxurious.

They should have compared it to a classic Mini. They are very close to 9' but a bit lighter than the turtle.

Hmm, I think the overall shape of the Beetle is more turtlelike. But I think the MINI has more of a face to it, so, maybe it is more like a turtle head!

It's amazing how far some will go to claim lower ground clearance than a MINI. These turtles are always looking for attention! (I wonder how those turtles handle with DSC off?!)

DANG, a 2000 pound turtle, i actually learned that the dutch used to catch turtles and make soup with them and then serve it in the shell
You think they did that with these?
