My very unofficial study, (looking at who is driving a Mini) reveals about 60% are women.
Thoughts?

My Toyota mechanic's wife originally thought the MINI was a "chick" car because of their size and cuteness, but when she saw my CR/B S with the black bonnet stripes the first time she quickly changed her mind. "That," she remarked, "is certainly not a chick car!" Jimbo

Not even honorable mention?

I didn't read MINI in this article. Or a photo.

I think the data is skewed since they are looking at the percentage of male vs. female owners and not looking at the most popular cars by ownership. Most of the more male owned cars are high priced and low volume. Funny thing is I don't really like any of them especially the big SUVs and Trucks, while I do like many of the more female owned cars. I guess I must be sensible and practical. I know a few males who have cars in the male owned group and they are all about look at me. Anyway my Mini was a chick car when I bought it from my friend Karin, but now it is a guy car since it has been with me. By the way doesn't Ralph Schumacher's wife race a Mini?
