Pic of the Day from BC (2006/05/27)
Therapy Takes Many Forms....
Sometimes a Saturday afternoon is best spent washing the car .
What's amusing is how small this car is when it come to washing. Should have ordered two.

I thought I didn't drive my MINI much, but I've never had rust plated rotors.
Love the black when it's clean and shiny.

Jacob,
What are you using for cleaning, waxing and washing? That's a beautiful result...

Car is new and hasn't been waxed yet. For washing, I am using McGuiars gold car wash & conditioner, sold in gallon jugs in Costco. I also used Mr. Clean wash kit as a final step (their special soap & filtered water), due to high calcium content in our water. Car is allowed to dry without towelling or chamois.
I plan to use Zaino for when I get a chance.

Nice garage!
Judging by the trophies in the back, someone in your family has spent some serious garage time in the past...

Too bad the rims aren't called "DAMINI!"
May I inquire as to the ~price of the wheels and what tires you're running them on? They look gorgeous (as does the MINI of course).

Doesn't it restrict the airflow to the rad?

Plate has been cut down about 1". Airflow isn't a problem so far.
