I've had my share of cars . . .and I'll refrain from delineating. Well, almost. Included in the batch though - '01 Boxster; '90 7 series with manual trans . . (3% of the production) . . . .and . . . . .even an '03 SL500. I love cars! No doubt, the standard, non-optioned Mini . . .has been the most fun, most enjoyable car I've ever owned. Go explain! It's agility, it's immediate responsiveness . . .quirky-ness . . . lets me know I'm driving something very special. No, I don't work for BMW. Less is more? The torque, the ease of clutch? Engine sound? Flat cornering? It continues to amaze. Don't know. . . .I just love this car! Peter

Hey Peterun,
I agree. I've never owned a car that gave back so much.

Another satisfied customer. I'm pretty sure we all share your enthusiasm about the MINI. Out of all the high performing vehicles that I've had, my MCS is the most fun to drive.
Cheers, and happy motoring!

Well, in my opinion, the highest level of design is one which meets all of its design specifications (engineering, performance, aesthetics, etc) without excess expense.

BMW got it right on the MINI (BIG time!)

I would not trade the motoring experience of the MINI for nearly any other car at any price.

Part of the allure of our MINIs is the bonus stuff - like MCO, MINI2 and all the great MINIacs out there. I know other cars have online followings, but the sentiments and fun expressed by the people on the MINI boards is amazing.

And - wait for it - when you have a MINI you can do THIS!

There are two types of cars. Those you own, and those that own you. I love the MINI because I own it. I can afford it. I can afford to play with it. And if it breaks I can get another. Most other cars as fun as this one, don't fall into those catagories. They own their owners and dictate how and when they can be driven.

If not the best car, certainly the most fun.
