An I know how you feel about going nuts. We just ordered our cooper last weekend, and I don't know how we're going to wait until May!!

Sorry JimBob, I'm all out of sedatives. But, I would suggest going back to your dealership and going for another test drive! Nothing like driving a MINI to ease the pain!

Things seem to be moving quickly for us, we got a VIN and got scheduled for production today.

Our new production date is March 14! This is such a great day, I'm counting today as my MINI's birthday, and it's my birthday today as well!

good job airwolf! i notices that a couple of us have the anthracite- (tooblue, etc) my question is again- it's been awhile since my order has been up on minusa- they confirm the anthracite, and my dealer confirms the nthractie, but it still does not show up on my order review, even though everything else does- does it show up on anyone else's order?!

 

Hello, I believe I am in the CWFMC now as well! I got my production number via email yesterday (4 March).

Placed deposit: 21 October 02
Production number issueed: 4 March 03
Production number: 3744883
Estimated build date: 4 April 03

Vehicle description: 2003 Velvet Red MC/white roof, mirrors, wheels/Sport and Cold Wx Packages/Xenons, chrome inserts, auto AC, trip computer, leather wheel/white bonnet stripes

I see that I have a higher build number than some CWMFC members who are looking at an 11 April build date... what's up with that? Hopefully things will come sooner....

My dealer says I have an excellent shot at May delivery... I'm VERY STOKED.

Does anyone have anthracite on their order summary that actually ordered it???

I ordered anthracite and it does show up on my order summary...

 

I received my production number of 3727520 today. I have already read through the owners manual on the Mini owners site. I didn't order DSC so I thought I would have a blank switch for that option but apparently the ASC will go there. That's a nice suprise, more switches to play with.

Everything about my order is wrong at the moment but my sales person said it probably would. He said it should be corrected in a few days. My options are a BRGB MCS with space cloth, Anthracite, front fog lamps and sunroof. Production date as of now is 4/11.

I hope everyone has had a chance to go to the Owners Lounge on MINIUSA, they have some pretty funny stuff on there. I wish my honda Owners lounge was that cool!

 

I have no problem with you making up the list.The problem is I can't do anything for this club at work.So many people at work have been using the internet for on line dating,porno sights,that kind of stuff,that our computer department had to go and hire an outside service to monitor our computer usage.If it's not work related,we've out of luck.Keep up the good work,I'll help out when I can.

Has anyone else with a production date of 4/4 been pushed back?I'm still at 4/4,but I saw one or two people have their production date changed to 4/14.
