I can't decide on the color...

I'm ordering a 2006 MC but I can't decide on Solar Red/Silver, Space Blue/Silver or Royal Grey/Silver. I know people are complaining about the lack of color in the color choices, but I like all of them.

Of the three, which color do you see as most "British"? (sorry about the sizes; I stole from other posts.)

I would not say that Space Blue would be "Brittish" Although the royal family has been called "Blue Bloods." Brittish Troops used to wear red coats so Solar Red Makes sense to me

Of the three Royal Silver is my personal favorite Though I just ordered Astro Black.

I have never liked any red car, but the solar red with the silver roof and stripes looks really good to me.

whatever you decide on, pay the extra cash for the black anthracite header, body colour dash and the chrome lined instruments. it really makes it sharp.

i've had nothing but thumbs up on "April". Hyper Blue MCS w/ black bonnet stripes and black roof. see my gallery. :-)

If you decide Space Blue/Silver you should get the checkmate edition.

Solar red is going to be incredibly nice. Will be neat to see a metallic red option.

I think that the Body colored dash is a MCS only option. Not available on the MC that Sirius was talking about.

I liked Solar Red best, but I wanted an MCS so I went with Solar Blue/S. I thought the gray was just another gray. Seeing the Solar Red with the new stripe makes me wish I could have it both ways. I like the way the stripe goes all the way to the front of the bonnet on the Coopers, instead of just to the MCS air scoop.

You have a tough choice to make.

Another vote for the Solar Red/Silver combo. I'm not usually a red lover either, like an above poster said, but this combo I truly dig =)

And I have no clue about which looks more "British", maybe the Royal Grey? But still my fave is definitely the SR/S combo.

I really, really like the space blue / silver roof combo. If I were ordering a MINI today, and if I didn't think that chili red / white was the obvious ideal color scheme for a MINI, I would be hard pressed to decide between space blue / silver and hyper blue / white.

Royal Gray / Silver If we had to do it over. But MrsDiff isn't that happy with Royal Gray.

Though thinking about it... Royl Gray would be more Brittish. It matches the skies of Brittan and... it is Royal!

I think that the Solar red looks best with the Silver. Man does it shine, I would love to see it in person.

Space Blue/Silver would be my choice. But, you know, the real deal is British Racing Green, right?

I agree. BRG is classic.. I guess you could say I'm a little impartial .

Sirius... I like the SR/S. Good luck

you can get the blue dash if you get the checkmate pkg on the cooper.

It's really hard to judge without seeing them in person.

The space blue looks ok, but I think I like the hyper blue better. I'll have to wait and see.

Solar red looks good, but is it really worth the extra cash versus chili red?

Royal grey is too hard to say. I can see myself really likeing it or really hating it...I have to see in it person to decide.

Royal Gray on my computer looks reddish brown. Now on the paint chip at D&R it actually looks GRAY! and it's a shade darker that Dark Silver for the MCS.

If MrsDiff had liked it, we would have went with Royal Gray/Silver.
