Issues Contacting Motorswag

bumping this up because I've also had problems contacting miniswag. I ordered a set of cooper contacts and they arrived bent in half creased down the middle folded in my mailbox. miniswag puts some cardboard in the envelope, but no where is it marked do not bend.

i've sent 2 e-mails to the address listed on their website, MINIswag@yahoo.com, and have received zero response so far. I'm about ready to dispute the charge w/ my CC. I've contact the e-mail and PM address provided here and hope things can be resolved quickly.

Me too

I also have had trouble contacting MINISwag. I sent an email inquiry on 7/14, got no response. Placed an internet order on 7/19 using Paypal, have not received request from paypal for payment. Sent another email to request contact info to give credit card info for order on 7/21.

To date zero response from MINIswag. Is anybody out there?

My recent order from the beginning of July took a little longer than usual, but I have been one of his customers from the very beginning and have always had a great experience with his fun and original products.

I'm sure there is a good reason for the delay and I know Jeff will make it good.

They have new contact info on the NAM home page under vendor announcements.

I contact DVLMINI and he responded quickly. He said they recently moved offices and are having problems w/ their DSL connection there. I suggest pm'ing him.

HI

Good Afternoon to you all! I was hired by JEFF on the 20/21 of July right when we moved offices and the phone wasn't able to be hooked up until the 29th of July will post more as soon as it becomes available. Thank all of you so much for your time and patience, it won't be wasted.

My name is Tatiana I'll be the secretary from now on

easy...

OK. Problem solved. People just need to stay calm when there is a problem instead of posting about "serious problems" in all capitals about a reputable vendor.

Hi Tatiana: Welcome to NAM. If things are okay with MINISWAG again then perhaps you should start a thread to that effect. Otherwise this one with a negative title might continue for awhile with positive posts acknowledging that you are back to full service.

No need for that. I just split the thread. The original thread was started back in 2004. All of that content remains with the original thread. The posts from the past couple days have been split off and the thread retitled.

Half the posts went with the original thread and half got split to this one. Not something for the faint of heart.

I ordered some cooper contacts (eyes) on the 22nd of July. The charge went through on the 25th of July, but still no shipment, nor response to my order inquiry. I sent an email yesterday, and up to now, have not recieved any correspondence.

It would've been nice if there were a vendor announcement acknowledging delays being possible, due to a relocation of offices. I did read the relocation announcement.

So, everything is kosher now, and I should expect prompt delivery? I look forward to checking my mailbox, again!

Jeff asked me to post this here as he had to leave quickly this weekend to address some family related issues.

Meanwhile I've kept MotorSwag going the best I can
(with 2 new employess in training-Kim and Tatiana)
while we rented our 1st office with no DSL (found out
after the fact) and then had to find and move to a new
building. Meanwhile we attended MiniMeetWest and have
been less than stellar at the final stage planning and
announcements for MORE.

It is my intention to attend MORE as scheduled. I will
most likely fly from Cleveland or London to Redding
and meet a MINI there for the drive to Eureka on that
Friday. There are only 12 attendess left at this time.
This will have to be a "self-responsible" trip as
there is not enough of a group to warrant the
insurance policy. I will be making the Cooperation
designed shirts and they will be available online this
week and I will bring some to Eureka. All other swag
ordered by attendees will be cancelled and refunded
due to low numbers. Please advise anyone that is
queasy about the event to cancel their hotel now. I
will pay any cancellation fees they incur. As I said I
will be there and will be excited to spend time in the
beauty of the area in celebration of my mom's life.
She never made to the area so I'll bring her in
spirit.

As an attendee in San Ramon (MMW) said a small group
could be even MORE fun than a large one. Hope to see
everyone there. our new hotline is 888-4XS MINI but is
often busy online as we wait 2 weeks for DSL. You or
anyone can always reach me on my cell 323-864-7410.

Well, I finally got a simple order confirmation email, nearly 4 weeks after I ordered from Motorswag, and three weeks after I was charged the money.

There is life there, it just moves slower than a slug.

Now, I'll wait for the merchandise to arrive.
