Noticed today that Edmunds.com has set the "True Market Value" (TMV) invoice price of the S at 18,040.00......... This means that they are getting 1800.00 per sale.
This should give us a little more leverage when dealing for our MINI's.
I'll post the Base cooper a little later.

Leverage...lol. It's the supply and demand thing! I got #4 from the dealer a few weeks back just by being there when they first opened for business. No dealer mark up but had to buy the $895.CD. Best bet is to try and get the dealer to sell you a car before they load it up...I'm talking the regular Cooper - If you want the S and you are not on a list or left a deposit - good luck .......

Never hurts knowing what the dealer paid for the car.

I didn’t have any markup, but did have a few options added of my own choice.

OMG sndwave--how funny. You replied to a 2 year old post. My how things have (haven't??) changed regarding dealer markup.

Btw, I'm just ribbing you.

Edmunds still lists the entire range of MINIs True Market Value (TMV) price equal to MSRP.
