It's Unobtainium. It's obscure no question.
It's a term used to describe the material's used to make Formula 1 cars among other things. I've heard commentator use it and the guys on Top Gear use it too. I don't think it's unique to F1 but that's the reference that's significant to me.
There's more on the history of the word at
wikipedia .

Well, as long as it makes you happy, who cares who else gets it?

Most of the F1 fans I know get it right away. That's what makes me happy.

LOL, well I can kinda see how your plate says Unobtainium. I bet some of us could have gotten it if there was one more letter in your plate.

Mine are reserved with the state of IL (helps to work for a bike dealership we know people).
I will probably order them next week.
Not going to say what they are until they are paid for though.

I wish I could have had another letter but for some reason, Missouri limits the number of letter to 6. There's obviously more room for letters.

6 letters is tough - i though New Jersey was bad with 7... plus we can only use letters and numbers - no special characters
I think you spelled Unobtanium the best you could with only 6 letters (guess you could have used its symbol on the Periodic chart)

I think I passed you the other day. Based on the pic I'd say you lived in the Knolls.

So I will most likely see you on Saturday. I'm 99% positive I saw your name on the list today while I was getting my car washed.
Not too difficult to figure out how you got the Username.
