If you scroll thorugh this thread you'll find a couple really cool ones - one that caught my eye (besides FASTCAH - family from New England!) was PHASTR
I know. I was teasing. Some people are just more creative than others. And other people (like me) have a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor, which eventually leads to creativity.
Anywhooo....At the Guiness World Record attempt last weekend (near Williamsburg, VA) there were SOOOOO many cool plates - and lots of NAM-ers.
Here were some I saw (and got pics of!)
YEAH BB (had Union Jack stripes!)
MPETUOUS (had really cool Celtic knot stripes outside the stock stripes)
CH3ST3R
KMA OPEC (pretty sure this is a NAMer who might've posted on this thread)
3W INIW (says MINI ME upsidedown & backwards)
MNI HEMI
MNI LIMO (it was a gorgeous all-black and very shiny MINI)
L1L PNUT (also a NAM-er who's posted I think)
LYTL DVL
ELF TANK (I LOVE THIS ONE!!!)
SPAR10Z (was a Spartan, MI state grad)
RUL BNDS
Z1PZ1P
DGOKART
40 MPG (also a NAM-er who's posted - Hi Bill!)
WENSLEY (as in Wensley Dale cheese - from Wallace & Grommit)
NVR2SML
2L8ULUZ
MOTOV8N
2FUN4ME
And other ones....
Thx for all the samples x uh oh x!
Hope you all had fun down there! Was there enough Minis for a new record?
Sadly, no. We needed 319 I think, and we only had 130-something. AH well, I guess we'll have to try again!! It was really neat to walk around and see everyone's cars though. Great plates, too. Very creative people!
