Thanks guys! Traffic is horrible right now, so I'm giving the Mini a rest.

No rattles so far. I did notice that the passenger seat belt taps the B pillar. Minor issue. The gear shift is a little notchy compared to the demo I drove, but I am assuming the linkage will loosen up over time.

Keeping it under 4k is going to be tough. After 3000rpm it surges strongly, even at part throttle. The HK stereo is punchy! No complaints there.
