Hey guys. I'm wondering if swapping to an ac delete pulley , does it alter the belt length or does it sit exactly where stock does and use the same belt ?

 

It retains the same lenght.

Pulley ordered and I'd like to thank minimania fir their good ,prompt customer service. Plus the pulley was on sale too so perfect timing..
lol adding it to the pile of build parts fir this winter..

 

To answer my question :
the ac delete pulley IS about 3-4mm smaller but it looks like my tensioner picked up the extra slack but It definitely had a little extra room when putting back on the belt. I will post back soon as roads allow for a test drive to make sure there 0 belt slip.
I am running a sprintex with a 60mm pulley , 2% crank and gpr tensioner and a 1380mm belt..
