I tried looking for it with a quick google search, with no luck. Does anyone have a diagram with the part number for this screw anchor so I can order some replacements?

 

Check O'Reilly's in their "specialty" tool section. They sell kits with multiple sizes.

 

This “Plastic Nut” appears to the what you are looking for. The parts breakdown points to the slot below yours but says 6 are required.
