Well, how did you do it?

 

my guess is that it was pretty simple, all you have to do is own photoshop...do a little cropping and then use the paintbrush filter...photoshop is one heck of a handy tool. this is one I made a little while ago teching myself the program...it was taken during the day and combined with a night shot of a smoke bomb for the sky...pretty nifty.

 

Yup - crop, adjust color balances, add brush stroke filter, taa daa!
