Lol on the other options lol.

I kept looking around and people that are making crazy power for this car 240whp+ us it. So I think I will be fine.

Eddie maybe you need something like that. I'm a super newbie compared to the master Lol. By any chance have you ever consider becoming an instructor?

I'm going to try and make power with the other motor. I'm going to run this one until it breaks again (will take better care of it) and build the other one slowly. I will more than likely clean it, store it and then start making a build plan for power.

Are there different options for the Valeo clutch, like a plus 1, etc?
Or how about:

With a stock motor, I'm good to go as-is.

As for "the master" I see myself as the perpetual student. but the idea of me being an instructor has come up a couple of times. I've asked about it but it is quite a commitment and quite a bit of work that I am not sure I want to do. I'm having a lot of fun being a student.

Well the short end of things I'm going to strip the car. The Head was not in the greatest shape and i took a gamble. Engine ran for 10mins or so and then no compression. The old motor C4 piston had a whole on the Exhaust side. The new one i don't even know. I will be stripping the car and putting all the parts for sale and junking the car.

Wow that really hurts to hear, this was such a great build to follow too. Good luck to your future plans whatever they are

Sorry to hear the motor cratered, after 3 months of working on my 03 R53 and doing 8 runs at an autocross on Saturday my biggest fear was going home on a deck truck but the old girl stayed together and never missed a beat. I ended up 3rd in a big class. Unfortunately when we push stock cars we must accept what happens because that is supposed to make us stronger. I enjoyed following your build and learned a lot along the way and I hope you hang in there and come back stronger.

Tank - Wow that just sucks. Hope you come up with something else for the track. It was great to have met you and you looked really good in your driving.

So the car isn't worth putting another engine in?
