My 2006 MCS is in the shop getting a lot of stuff done and since the belt needs to be changed I thought I would put in the WMW 15% with belt and plugs SC pulley.

I need it shipped 2nd day or over night and that is not an option when checking out. I have been calling them all day and sent an email using the Contact Us Link and nobody will answer me.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of them or what is going on. I'm in a rental and everyday it's costing me money.

I really hope this not normal, that would be really bad customer service.

Well, they had a full shop of cars being repaired, including mine: control arm bushings, front sway bar bushings, C-V axles, clutch slave cylinder, and brake fluid. He told me he has been having phone and internet issues as well.

 

Called again at 5:50 last night and Way answered and apologized. Said they have ben unbelievably busy.

Anyway, my 15% pulley kit should be on the way today.

Yes we have been very busy and since we had too many complaints against my girl that I had answering the phone we had to let her go. So now we are short staffed until we get a replacement.

I will get back to you as I've worked till 9pm or later everyday this week to make sure everyone's packages ship and questions get answered. Due to failures this week I have replaced all the shop phones, my internet modem, printer, and even cell phone if you got stock in best buy I've done my contribution this week. So they all work 100% now.

Sounds like a 2003 R53 I know...replaced this, replaced that, replaced this...and kept on trucking!

Just curious if you guys have any "loaner" vehicles if someone drops off a car for some work? Thanks and 'appreciate your support on the forum!

 

Sorry no loaners, we had a Cooper loaner but after putting 3 clutches in it and insurance couldn't do it anymore. Surprised at the number of customers that own a stick, but can't drive it right.

 

I called and talked to Way this morning. Picked up on the first or second ring
