I was in the same situation as you. Fortunately I am sandwiched between two dealers two hours away in either direction so I called the other one and they scheduled me no problem. I don't know what your situation is but maybe try another dealer?

They did finally call me, had the recall done today. I'll post this in my build thread as well, but they replaced the pump, fan, and return line. No issues at the dealer. I talked to the rep and he said the pump and fan were automatically replaced, but lines/hardware only got replaced if it was necessary to do so. They were free, but I guess they're a conditional part of the recall. Something to bear in mind. One thing I already miss, however, is the whine the pump makes when turning near the lock. I have always associated that noise with MINIs, honestly kind of sad to see it go. :(

New pump is just about silent.

Mine isn't quite silent, but it is a lot quieter than the old one was,
even when brand new in 2003. My lines weren't free, even though
they had been leeking several ounces per year for years.
