Is it plugged into the t-map? How many wires in the bundle...can you get a part # off the thing the wire is broken off of?

Ahh I put the box back in and drove home, my bad. It's just two wires, the broken green and the other one. It's directly below the back side of the airbox when looking from the front of the car. Everything is working well, except my reverse lights haven't worked on months... Possibly related?

could be; PM me a regular e-mail address and I'll scan you a wiring diagram for the reverse lights. Most wires are two colors ... if you can ID both colors on each wire it helps . . . or confirm they are ONE color

I'm considering selling the car and getting into a BMW instead, so I'm putting some things back to stock. I'll probably be selling things off soon.
