Nope, and I really don't like the looks of that harness below. Looks like the previous owner did some messing around.

I agree with Aspen. I took a look in that area on my '06 MCS. There looks to be the wiring harness with the white plug on it, but I can't see the plug on the end because it goes behind that black heat shield against the firewall. All I can see is the small diameter harness.

The tube, boy I have no idea. I don't see a tube in that area on my mini. Have you tried looking at www.realoem.com to see if in that area there's anything at all in a diagram?

Wish I could be of more help. I'll snap a pic and post it when I'm in the engine bay again (hopefully today to check my fluids).

Yea I need to tape that up. The car was in accident in 07. The impact was in that area. Passenger side air bags are blown. The strut tower had some work done on it or it was replaced. I will look on realoem.com. Thanks

Looks like the plug for the factory alarm. Was it wrapped with electrical tape and wrapped to the main electrical harness?

For the hose , that looks like side reservoir or to the headlight washer, cant really tel from the pic.

Thanks

I was going to take the alarm route but I didn't remember the connector being that big when I installed my alarm but it could be

. It may have been at one time. That area was damaged in the wreck. I recently replaced that plastic panel that prevents water from getting in the heater box. So if that's the alarm shouldn't it be plugged in to something ? Also would that cause my key fob not to unlock the car?

Yea, the alarm was not factory, it was just prewired encase you would get the kit. Example.

The cable plugs into the tilt siren. Round box in pics.

Thanks

Well that solves the plug mystery. Now for the hose. Which I think is for the rear washer.
