Out Motoring

My girlfriend has a 2006 MCS, she wanted rally lights so we ordered her the KC 6" two pack and brackets. She wants them mounted to her lower grille and the brackets won't work for that. Here we are now with 4 voicemails and 1 email with no return.

ps. if this needs to be off topic-ed my apologies just ranting

I've had nothing but prompt service (and shipping.) from OutMotoring. Hopefully they get back to you soon.

Aaron & all at Outmotoring are great people. Try them tomorrow morning & I'm sure they'll help you out. Best MINI shop out there.

Remember...
Most boutique mini shops are small scale operations....
Not 24/7 operations.....
So making contact on a weekend might take a few days....everybody needs a couple days off!!

They're closed Friday-Saturday & Sunday.
Aaron will resolve the issue on Monday. He really is tops to deal with.

Never had a problem with buying from them, but of all the things I've gotten, there has never been more than the absolute minimum as far as contact & tracking / delivery info, but everything has always worked out fine.

What brackets did you buy? The only ones I see are for the upper grille, like the OE setup. Not for the lower grille. Like the others that replied, out motoring has stood behind what they sell in my experience.

FYI to the OP,

I sent an email to Aaron this a.m. and got a response a few minutes ago.

I also placed a couple of orders last week and they shipped the next day.

Not sure what is going on with your experience....
