Gotta get my muffler replaced on my 2005 'vert, normally aspirated The local shop is recommending the bosal. I don't really care, but i'd like to keep the muffler tip. Does it come off the old one and go on the new? Does it come on the bosal (doesn't look likely)? Do i have to get a new one? or should I get a different muffler? thanks!

 

How much is the Bosal compared to OEM, and will it last 8 yrs as the OEM one did ?

Discovered something recently on these. The OEM style tip has superseded to different style/part no. New one has no contour resembling the R53 Sport tips but if the your old one is in good shape it can be swapped over.
