Does anyone have or know of a source for a Megan Short Throw Shifter for my 2004 R53 S? Thanks

Do you want instructions or the actual shifter? You can get the Megan shifter all day long on Ebay.

You could get the Fidanza one also which is the same only cheaper.

When was the build date on your MINI, because that will make a difference.

 

I want to install the Megan Short Shifter as I own one. My build date is Sept. 2003. We are replacing the exhaust this week and it would be great to do it at the same time. Do you know of any instructions.

I replaced the shifter in my 03 MC when I did the 6 speed swap and found the Megan shifter hit/rubbed on the ribs on the bottom cover of the shifter. I used a sharp knife and trimmed the ribs a bit and the rubbing went away.
