R50/53 CLASSIC MINI OF OHIO GANG TAKE NOTE! WAHOO!
Oh sweet! I'm not in your group - mine has yet to be built even.
Can I please have your timeline?
What date did you order?
What date did you go from "on order" to "scheduled for production"?
What date were you built?
Was that the same week # that was quoted to you, or was it built earlier than expected?
So obviously you're loaded on the boat today????
How exciting! I'm sorry for all the questions, but this timeline thing is killing me here. I ordered on the 27th of March. I have a LOOOOONG wait, and I feel like I will never get to production.

I am also in the NoCal group.
My schedule has been as follows:
1. Order placed with Dealer on 3/1
2. Dealer placed order 3/2
3. Production number received on 3/3
4. Car went into production on 3/10
5. Born on date 3/18
6. Loaded on ship on 3/20
7. At distribution center on 4/3
8. Dealer estimates it’s arrival to their location 4/9
9. Dealer customizing to take place next week.
10.Then just waiting for all of Austin’s fellow travelers to arrive before
getting loaded on the transport truck to the Bay Area.
If all goes as planned we should get our cars the first week of May. This will beat the time I waited for my Ford F-150 when I ordered it.
BTW Julie at Classic MINI has been such a pleasure to work with. She has really shown what customer service is all about. I highly recommend Classic MINI as THE dealer to work with. Only down side is I hope I can find a local dealer for the scheduled maintenance otherwise it will be a long drive to Ohio.
