How Much To Paint The Top Black?

I'm thinking about buying this used all white 2005 Mini Cooper S. I was wondering the cheapest way to get the top and the mirror caps painted black. Would it be better to get it vinyl instead?

Vinyl is reversible & is usually cheaper.

You can just buy black mirror caps and swap them.

Alright, so buy black mirror caps and get vinyl on the top. Does anyone know how much it would be to get the vinyl professionally done?

I was just thinking. If you got the mirror caps but vinyled the roof...I would be worried about matching them. New black caps are $100+ so it may just be better getting the caps and top vinyled the same so they match.

Even a matte black might look pretty neat.

As for price, I am honestly not sure. Do a google search for companies around you that would do it and make some calls. The price could vary a lot.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. They might not match, and also it will probably be cheaper to vinyl those caps instead of buying new ones. I'll start looking around my local arizona car vinyl people. They are probably gonna think I'm a weirdo for wanting to get the whole top black vinyl.

Another question, do you think I should take the spoiler off? Because it will probably be very difficult to vinyl for them.

The rear spoiler is attached mainly with double sided tape...it is a pain to get off. I would consult with them first to see if they can wrap it while still attached.
