R50/53 Total miles your MINI has right now
My 2004 MCS just passed 126,000 miles and I've owned it since Day 1. It's my daily driver and it runs great. I need to invest some time and money to replace a few items like brakes, exhaust, plugs, coil pack, etc., but I plan to run it for a long time.
My '06 has 74,4xx I just got it a few weeks ago with just shy of 73K. I wanted an '05 or '06 and many were in the 95-110K range. I drove my last car for 11 years and I want to drive this one a long time as well, so hunted a but for a low millage car.
That's seriously impressive! Any pictures that you can share? Would love to see how it looks with that kind of mileage! Mostly highway? Are you the original owner?

Looks to be in pretty good overall condition! You should aim for the million mile challenge like a few other people have done with other car brands. Maybe MINI will give you a new car if you do it as I don't think someone has hit that kind of mileage on a MINI yet. Nice color BTW.

If you don't mind me asking, have you had any major issues with the car? And (without starting a flame war between oil brands) what oil have you been using during the car's life?
235,000 miles today. One clutch 6 months ago, one set of driveshaft, 2 sets of control arm bushings, one set of ball joints. One power steering pump. One fuel pump, one a.c. compressor clutch, one door lock actuator, one supercharger, one oil pan gasket, one valve cover gasket, one window regulator, .... the list will go on but I love the car and since I bought it in 2003 I have never missed a commute due to what broke on the car. I was always able to repair in the evening or on a weekend.
Older update, but nothing more to add than a fuel pump and an alternator.
Flame war... here it goes.. Royal Purple and change when OBC says to, so every 20-22K

A little over 26,000 miles now. Recently did my first DYI oil change, since there's no way I'm letting it go 10k between changes, and the stealership charges for the in-between ones. The 1950s-era canister filter is a pain, but otherwise, it's no worse than any other vehicle.
