Sunroof track adjustment

I have an 03S and the sunroof on the front passenger side is loose inside of the track. I can move it up and down about 1/8". When I go over a bump it makes a loud "thud" noise. Is there a way to adjust it?

Adjusting the torx screws only adjusts the window. Its the actual track that it rests inside that is loose.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I've never done it myself, but my dealer has taken the entire thing apart and fixed it under warranty once. It seems it was a common issue and there is a fix for it. Mine wasn't rattling at the time, but the service rep told me to complain about it anyways so they could cover it under warranty.

when you pull the interior trim around the rear portion of glass, gently pull down on the headliner. looking towards the rear of the car left and right side you will see two hexagonal nuts. about 7/8 i think. And they are very thin in size. they will tighten the sun roof. try the side that is loose first. then check if sunroof glass is not pulling to one side. I eliminated the creeks in my roof by just turning them both about a 1/4 turn.
